I called Brian and within an hour he met me at my house. Brian immediately knew the problem and was able to make an adjustment. The whole time he was working he explained what he was doing. I was able to gain trust immediately. Initially, I called Brian because I read the rave reviews and after my experience I agree wholeheartedly he is “The Best Garage Repair Doorman” around. Damaged our door, called around 10, got a return call within an hour and owner came by to give assessment within 3h. He was able to fix the damage to avoid need for replacement on the spot, working with me to make sure I was satisfied with the result before leaving. Great service and value, and a great experience. Needed a spring replaced and they arrived within an hour of taking my call. They replaced the spring and also replaced the center bearing at no additional charge, and they were done with everything in under an hour. I can't recommend them highly enough, great quality work and service, definitely 5 stars!
