He was able to fix the damage to avoid need for replacement on the spot, working with me to make sure I was satisfied with the result before leaving. Great service and value, and a great experience. Needed a spring replaced and they arrived within an hour of taking my call. They replaced the spring and also replaced the center bearing at no additional charge, and they were done with everything in under an hour.
